Favorite Literary Quote:
“Every man to whom salvation is offered has an inalienable natural right to say, ‘No, thank you: I prefer to retain my full moral responsibility: it is not good for me to be able to load a scapegoat with my sins; I should be less careful how I committed them if I knew they would cost me nothing.’ ” – George Bernard Shaw, Androcles and the Lion
Coffee or Tea:
Green tea! Iced! With lemon!
Reading, writing very bad poetry, exploring the world with my best bub (Cameron, the world’s hammiest golden lab) and my partner.
If you could interview any author, living or dead, who would it be and why?
Wallace Stevens. He was a chauvinistic bigot, but it doesn’t change the fact that he was a brilliant poet. I’d love to know more about his writing process and how his “voice” changed from poem to poem.
A Lil’ Something Extra:
I really wish I had something to add, but I’m just not weird enough to be interesting.
